Do you take insurance? 

Yes, we are currently in network with Aetna and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina. We can also provide a superbill for any out of network clients. 

How are payments handled? 

Clients are expected to pay for each appointment on the day of the appointment.  Payments can be made via credit card or an HSA/FSA card through a secure platform. We can provide a superbill if you are planning to use out-of-network benefits you have. We recommend you contact your insurance and ask about any out-of-network benefits you have, which may include:

• Do I have out-of-network benefits? If so, what percentage is reimbursed?

• What is the deductible (if any) for my behavioral health benefits?

• How many sessions are covered through out-of-network benefits?

When do you provide services?  

Services are offered during the week, with some evening availability. Weekend appointments are not available. 

Do you offer in-person services? 

We currently only offer video telehealth appointments. 

How many sessions will we meet? 

This depends on the individual client, their needs, and their goals. Some clients may meet their goals within 12 sessions, and others may have longer term goals or needs that require more. We will check-in regularly to make sure you feel like therapy is helping you and if not, we will adjust the treatment plan or consider other options.

Where do we meet? 

We see clients virtually. We are licensed in NC but can also serve clients located in PSYPACT participating states.
