Fees & Insurance

In-Network Insurance Coverage 

We are in-network providers with Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Aetna.  

Standard Out-of-Pocket Fees

• Intake Appointment  $250

• 45-50 Minute Individual Therapy Session $185

• 60-90 Minute Individual Therapy Session $225

• No Show Fee:  Full Amount of your Session

Out-of-Network & Superbills

Superbills are provided upon request for out-of-network reimbursement. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider directly to verify out-of-network benefits.

Payment Terms & Credit Card Policy

All major credit cards, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.  A valid credit card on file is required to reserve appointments and covers telehealth billing, late cancellations, or no-shows.  You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Cancelled Appointments

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours prior to your appointment time or you will be billed the full session.  The No-Show fee applies to both the initial intake and any following appointments.  Missed sessions cannot be billed to insurance and as such, even if you have insurance you are fully responsible for the No-Show fee.
